Judy, I am very happy to say that my regular old Safeway here in Hawaii has all but those particular beans and 80% of the rest either local and/or organic. Things have really gotten better, at least in some areas of our current lives, and we must not forget that! 🙂 I’ll be using the Tuscan Kale and a local yellow squash this Thanksgiving.
